Oven roasted cauliflower
- 500 g Cauliflower, cut into florets and the stem cut into small pieces
- 25 g Neutral Oil
- 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/2 t Dried Turmeric Root, ground
- 1 T Harissa or Garam Masala
- Combine ingredients and coat cauliflower uniformly.
- Roast 25-30 minutes at 200ºC, stirring halfway.
