Oven roasted cauliflower

  • 500 g Cauliflower, cut into florets and the stem cut into small pieces
  • 25 g Neutral Oil
  • 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1/2 t Dried Turmeric Root, ground
  • 1 T Harissa or Garam Masala
  1. Combine ingredients and coat cauliflower uniformly.
  2. Roast 25-30 minutes at 200ºC, stirring halfway.
