Oven roasted butternut squash

  • Butternet Squash, chopped into thumb-sized pieces
  • Olive Oil or Neutral Oil
  • Medium-Grain Salt
  • Black Peppercorn, ground
  • Cumin Seed, ground
  • Paprika
  • Dried Cayenne Pepper, ground
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (232ºC). Dress sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Season with cooking fat and spices.
  3. Roast 45 minutes, flipping twice.
