Oven roasted bell peppers
- Bell Peppers, whole
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC).
- Prepare peppers on a foiled baking tray.
- Bake peppers 60 minutes at 350ºF, turning every 15-20 minutes to roast them evenly.
- Cool to room-temperature.
- Peel and seed bell peppers.
