Green beans

  • Medium-Grain Salt
  • 200 g Green Beans, trimmed
  • 15 g Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
  1. Parboil. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook 2 minutes. Drain.
  2. Season. Over medium-low heat, add butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat and cook 1-2 minutes until butter is melted and beans are well seasoned.
  3. Rest until ready to eat.
