Forester pan
- 50 g Olive Oil
- 150 g Whole Wheat Bread, cubed
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 20 g Pine Nuts
- Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 250 g White Mushrooms, quartered
- 50 g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 30 g Soy Sauce
- 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
- Pan fry. Toast bread in oil over medium heat 7 minutes. Stir in garlic, thyme, and pine nuts, and cook until fragrant. Stir in mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in spinach and soy sauce, and cook with residual heat until leaves just begin to wilt.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
