Forester pan

  • 50 g Olive Oil
  • 150 g Whole Wheat Bread, cubed
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 20 g Pine Nuts
  • Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 250 g White Mushrooms, quartered
  • 50 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 30 g Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
  1. Pan fry. Toast bread in oil over medium heat 7 minutes. Stir in garlic, thyme, and pine nuts, and cook until fragrant. Stir in mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach and soy sauce, and cook with residual heat until leaves just begin to wilt.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
