Turkey butter
- 100 g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1 T Black Peppercorn, ground
- 2 T Fresh Thyme Leaves, minced
- 4 T Fresh Sage Leaves, minced
- 1/4 t Chinese Five Spice
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
Blend ingredients into a homogenous mixture.
