Turkey butter

  • 100 g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1 T Black Peppercorn, ground
  • 2 T Fresh Thyme Leaves, minced
  • 4 T Fresh Sage Leaves, minced
  • 1/4 t Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

Blend ingredients into a homogenous mixture.
