Chicken butter

  • 60 g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 T Fresh Thyme Leaves, destemmed
  • 1/2 T Fresh Rosemary Leaves, destemmed
  • 1/2 T Lemon Zest
  • 1 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1 t Black Peppercorn, ground

Blend ingredients into a homogenous mixture.
