Sonny's vinaigrette

  • 20 g White Wine Vinegar
  • 20 g Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 t Sea Salt
  • 1 T Mustard
  • 20 g Honey
  • 120 g Neutral Oil
  • 150 g Olive Oil

Combine ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
