Italian vinaigrette
- 100 g Red Wine Vinegar
- 180 g Olive Oil
- 1/2 t Italian Herbs
- 1/2 t Dried Oregano Leaves
- 5 Fresh Thyme Sprigs
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- 1 t Honey
- 1/2 Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Shallot, minced
- 1/2 t Sea Salt
- 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
Combine ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
