Green goddess dressing
- 180 g Mayonnaise
- 60 g Sour Cream
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3 Anchovy Fillets
- 1 T Anchovy Oil (from the tin)
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 1 T White Whine Vinegar or Sherry Vinegar
- 10 g Fresh Parsley Leaves
- 2 T Dried Tarragon Leaves or Fresh Parsley Leaves
- 2 T Chives
- 1/2 t Sea Salt
- 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
- 30 g Spinach Leaves, blanched
Puree ingredients until smooth.
