Green goddess dressing

  • 180 g Mayonnaise
  • 60 g Sour Cream
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 3 Anchovy Fillets
  • 1 T Anchovy Oil (from the tin)
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 T White Whine Vinegar or Sherry Vinegar
  • 10 g Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • 2 T Dried Tarragon Leaves or Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • 2 T Chives
  • 1/2 t Sea Salt
  • 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
  • 30 g Spinach Leaves, blanched

Puree ingredients until smooth.
