Caesar dressing
- 1 Egg
- 1 t Water
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Anchovies
- 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1/2 T White Wine Vinegar
- 160 g Neutral Oil
- 80 g Olive Oil
- 60 g Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- 1/2 t Sea Salt
- 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
Puree ingredients until smooth.
