Vinaigrette

  • 30 g Dijon Mustard
  • 30 g White Wine Vinegar
  • 90 g Olive Oil
  • Medium-Grain Salt
  • Black Peppercorn, ground

Combine dressing ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
