Vinaigrette
- 30 g Dijon Mustard
- 30 g White Wine Vinegar
- 90 g Olive Oil
- Medium-Grain Salt
- Black Peppercorn, ground
Combine dressing ingredients in a sealable jar. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
