Kewpie-style mayonnaise
- 60 g Mayonnaise
- 1/4 t MSG or Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/2 t White Sugar
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- 1 t Hot Sauce
- 1 t Lemon Juice
- 2 t Rice Vinegar
Yields about 60 g mayonnaise.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate to store.
