Kewpie-style mayonnaise

  • 60 g Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 t MSG or Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1/2 t White Sugar
  • 1 t Dijon Mustard
  • 1 t Hot Sauce
  • 1 t Lemon Juice
  • 2 t Rice Vinegar

Yields about 60 g mayonnaise.

Combine ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate to store.
