Vinegar slaw
- 400 g Green or Red Cabbage, shredded
- 100 g Shallot, thinly sliced
- 50 g Carrot, grated
- Dressing
- 100 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 25 g Vegetable Oil
- 40 g White Sugar
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
- Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
- Combine vegetables together in a bowl. Toss with dressing.
- Chill before serving.
