Vinegar slaw

  • 400 g Green or Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 100 g Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 50 g Carrot, grated
  • Dressing
    • 100 g Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 25 g Vegetable Oil
    • 40 g White Sugar
    • 1 t Dijon Mustard
    • 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
    • 1/4 t Black Peppercorn, ground
  1. Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Combine vegetables together in a bowl. Toss with dressing.
  3. Chill before serving.
