Egg salad
- 6 Hardboiled Eggs
- 60 g Mayonnaise or Kewpie-style Mayonnaise
- 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/4 t White Sugar
- 1/8 t Dried Cayenne Pepper, ground
Yields 450 g or 2 servings.
- Mash eggs in a bowl.
- Combine ingredients.
- Chill at least one hour.
- Taste for seasoning.
