Spinach salad
- 300 g Baby Spinach, washed and dried
- 180 g White Button Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 120 g Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 150 g Dry Black-Eyed Peas, cooked
- Hot Bacon Vinaigrette
Ingredients yield 4 servings.
Toss together and serve.
