Lyonnaise salad
- 400 g Frisee Lettuce or Arugula, chopped
- 200 g Bacon, chopped, cooked
- 4 Eggs, poached
- Lyonnaise Vinaigrette
- Garnish
- Chives, chopped
- Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- Crostini or Croutons
- Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine ingredients. Toss evenly.
- Garnish and serve.
