Grain and lentil salad
- 200 g Cooked Brown Lentils
- 300 g Cooked Bulgur or Cooked Buckwheat
- 60 g Balsalmic Vinaigrette
- 120 g Feta, cubed
- Celery, chopped
- Pepper, minced
- Corn Kernels
- Cook lentils and bulgur per linked recipes.
- Combine lentils and bulgur in vinaigrette. Mix in vegetables.
- Cool at least to room temperature.
- Serve room temperature or chilled.
