Waldorf salad
- Dressing
- 180 g Mayonnaise
- 60 g Crème Fraîche or Sour Cream
- 20 g Lemon Juice
- 10 g Tarragon Leaves, minced
- 1/2 t White Sugar
- 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1 pinch Black Peppercorn, ground
- 1 pinch Dried Cayenne Pepper, ground
- 2 Apples, chopped
- 120 g Celery Root or Celery Stalks, chopped, soaking in cool water
- 120 g Grapes, quartered
- 80 g Walnuts, toasted, chopped
