Strawberry arugula salad

  • 400 g Strawberries, halved
  • 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • Black Peppercorn, ground
  • 120 g Goat Cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 80 g Arugula Leaves
  • Salt
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  1. Season strawberries. Toss strawberries with balsamic and black pepper, and rest 10 minutes.
  2. Combine. Add arugula and salt and toss. Add goat cheese and toss. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
