Strawberry arugula salad
- 400 g Strawberries, halved
- 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
- Black Peppercorn, ground
- 120 g Goat Cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 80 g Arugula Leaves
- Salt
- 1 T Olive Oil
- Season strawberries. Toss strawberries with balsamic and black pepper, and rest 10 minutes.
- Combine. Add arugula and salt and toss. Add goat cheese and toss. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
- Season to taste and serve.
