Szechuan cold noodles
- 100 g Dry Alkaline Noodles, undercooked, cold
- 80 g Cucumber, peeled, shredded
- Seasonings
- 1 T Soy Sauce
- 1 T Szechuan Sauce
- 10 g White Sugar
- 10 g Vinegar
- 5 g Sesame Oil
- 5 g Tahini Paste
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
- Garnish
- Scallions, chopped
- Peanuts, smashed, toasted
Substitute bean sprouts for cucumber.
Substitute these sauces for seasonings
- Mix Seasonings in a small bowl.
- Combine & serve. Add noodles and cucumber to bowl. Serve with mixed seasonings.
