Cashew chicken

  • Marinated Chicken
    • 200 g Raw Chicken Breast, chopped
    • 50 g Soy Sauce
    • 10 g Brown Sugar
    • 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
  • 10 g Vegetable Oil
  • 50 g Cashews, whole
  • Garnish
    • Coriander Leaves, chopped
    • Cashews
  1. Marinate chicken. Add chicken breast, soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes to ziploc bag. Marinate in refrigerator 24 hours.
  2. Sauté chicken. Heat canola oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken. Sauté 2 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds. Add cashews. Sauté 3 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds.
  3. Garnish & serve with cilantro.
