Cashew chicken
- Marinated Chicken
- 200 g Raw Chicken Breast, chopped
- 50 g Soy Sauce
- 10 g Brown Sugar
- 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
- 10 g Vegetable Oil
- 50 g Cashews, whole
- Garnish
- Coriander Leaves, chopped

- Marinate chicken. Add chicken breast, soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes to ziploc bag. Marinate in refrigerator 24 hours.
- Sauté chicken. Heat canola oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken. Sauté 2 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds. Add cashews. Sauté 3 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds.
- Garnish & serve with cilantro.
