Roasted chickpeas
- 100 g Dry Chickpeas, cooked
- 15 g Olive Oil
- 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/4 t Cumin Seed, ground
- 1/4 t Dried Cayenne Pepper, ground
- Prepare kitchen. Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Lightly grease a foiled sheetpan.
- Season chickpeas. Add chickpeas, oil, salt, cumin to bowl. Coat evenly.
- Roast chickpeas. Add seasoned chickpeas to prepared sheetpan. Spread evenly. Roast 10-20 minutes, tossing once or twice, until brown and crisp.
