Spinach mushroom rice
- 200 g Dry Rice, cooked
- 15 g Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, sliced
- 120 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 60 g Spinach, sliced
- Black Peppercorn, ground
- Medium-Grain Salt
- Cook mushrooms. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occassionally, until mushrooms are soft and their water is mostly done evaporating. Add garlic and cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring occassionally.
- Stir in spinach and cook 5 minutes until they're wilted. Remove from heat.
- Mix in rice. Season to taste, and serve.
This recipe works best with recently cooked rice.
