Japanese rice
- 200 g Dry Japanese Rice
- 250 g Water
- Rinse rice several times until water runs mostly clear.
- Soak rice 20 minutes.
- Cook. Add rice and water to a saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, reduce to very low heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Finally, while covered, remove pan from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork.
- Cool and serve. Allow rice to cool, uncovered, for a few minutes before serving.
