Overnight oats

  • 1/2 T Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 t Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1/8 t Cardamom Seed, ground
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 30 g Pine Nuts
  • 30 g Peanut Butter
  • 15 g Whey Protein (optional)
  • 60 g Rolled Wheat Oats
  • 140 g Milk
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 t Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • 1/8 t Cardamom Seed, ground
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 30 g Pine Nuts
  • 30 g Peanut Butter
  • 30 g Whey Protein
  • 60 g Rolled Wheat Oats
  • 250 g Milk
  1. Mix ingredients together in a jar.
  2. Chill and soak at least 5 hours.
  3. Serve with chopped nuts.

Oats will keep chilled up to 5 days.
