Overnight oats
- 1/2 T Chia Seeds
- 3/4 t Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 t Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/8 t Cardamom Seed, ground
- 30 g Raisins
- 30 g Pine Nuts
- 30 g Peanut Butter
- 15 g Whey Protein (optional)
- 60 g Rolled Wheat Oats
- 140 g Milk
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1 t Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 t Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 1/8 t Cardamom Seed, ground
- 30 g Raisins
- 30 g Pine Nuts
- 30 g Peanut Butter
- 30 g Whey Protein
- 60 g Rolled Wheat Oats
- 250 g Milk
- Mix ingredients together in a jar.
- Chill and soak at least 5 hours.
- Serve with chopped nuts.
Oats will keep chilled up to 5 days.
