Bulgur

  • 100 g Bulgur
  • 400 g Water, boiling
  • 1 t Butter
  • 1/4 t Medium-Grain Salt

Add bulgur, butter, and salt to saucepan. Add boiling water, and cook, uncovered.

Fine bulgur will be tender in 10-15 minutes, medium in 15-20 minutes, and coarse bulgur in 20-25 minutes.
