American buttercream
- 55 g Unsweetened Chocolate, melted and cooled
- 180 g Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 110 g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1/8 t Fine Salt
- 1 T Heavy Cream or Whole Milk
- 1/2 t Vanilla Extract
Yields about 360 g.
- Whip ingredients until just smooth and somewhat fluffed.
