American buttercream

  • 55 g Unsweetened Chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 180 g Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 110 g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1/8 t Fine Salt
  • 1 T Heavy Cream or Whole Milk
  • 1/2 t Vanilla Extract

Yields about 360 g.

  1. Whip ingredients until just smooth and somewhat fluffed.
