Lemon bars

  • 240 g White Wheat Flour
  • 240 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 100 g Lemon Juice
  • 400 g White Sugar
  • 30 g White Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
  • To Garnish
    • Powdered Sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF).
  2. Mix crust. Beat flour, butter, and powdered sugar into a creamy dough.
  3. Bake crust. Press crust into an ungreased baking pan, and bake 20 minutes at 175ºC (350ºF).
  4. Mix filling. Combine beaten eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour, and salt.
  5. Bake bars. Pour filling onto baked crust, and bake 25 minutes at 175ºC (350ºF).
  6. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
