Lemon bars
- 240 g White Wheat Flour
- 240 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Powdered Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 100 g Lemon Juice
- 400 g White Sugar
- 30 g White Wheat Flour
- 1/2 t Medium-Grain Salt
- To Garnish
- Powdered Sugar
- Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF).
- Mix crust. Beat flour, butter, and powdered sugar into a creamy dough.
- Bake crust. Press crust into an ungreased baking pan, and bake 20 minutes at 175ºC (350ºF).
- Mix filling. Combine beaten eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Bake bars. Pour filling onto baked crust, and bake 25 minutes at 175ºC (350ºF).
- Garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
