Tater tot casserole

  • 400 g Ground Beef
  • 600 g Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 100 g Corn Kernels
  • 100 g Green Peas
  • 100 g Other cooked vegetable
  • 400 g Tater Tots
  • 2 Onions
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • Seasonings
    • Worcestershire Sauce
    • Hot Sauce
    • Thyme
    • Oregano
    • Dill
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and grease a 9×13 pan.
  2. Cook onion and beef. Sweat onion over medium heat until translucent. Add the ground beef, and cook until ground beef until done.
  3. Layer hot dish. Pour the cooked meat and onions into the 9×13 pan. Spread the veggies evenly over the top. Add the cheddar cheese. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the veggies. Some people mix it here, some people don't. It's up to you.
  4. Arrange tater tots evenly on top of the mixture in straight lines.
  5. Bake 60-80 minutes at 350ºF until tater tots are golden brown and the veggies are soft.
  6. Cool 15 minutes and serve.
