Beer bread
- 360 g White Wheat Flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- 1 t Medium-Grain Salt
- 300 g Beer
- 60 g Honey or Brown Sugar
- 90 g Unsalted Butter, cold, divided into 8 slices
- Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF). Grease loaf pan with butter.
- Mix batter. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the beer and honey, and mix until just combined.
- Bake. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Arrange the butter slices on top. Bake 45-55 minutes until the top of the bread is lightly browned.
