Virgin gin and tonic
- Infusion
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 strip Lemon Peel
- 1 Chamomile Teabag
- 5 Cardamom Pods, bruised
- 5 Cloves
- 1/2 bunch Fresh Mint Sprigs
- 1/2 bunch Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- 500 g Water, cold
- Tonic Water
- Ice
- For Garnishing
- Fresh Mint Sprig
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Cucumber, sliced
These amounts yield 500 ml.
- Mix infusion ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill 2-4 hours.
- Serve ~50 g per glass over ice mixed with tonic water.
