Virgin gin and tonic

  • Infusion
    • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
    • 1 strip Lemon Peel
    • 1 Chamomile Teabag
    • 5 Cardamom Pods, bruised
    • 5 Cloves
    • 1/2 bunch Fresh Mint Sprigs
    • 1/2 bunch Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
    • 500 g Water, cold
  • Tonic Water
  • Ice
  • For Garnishing
    • Fresh Mint Sprig
    • Pomegranate Seeds
    • Cucumber, sliced

These amounts yield 500 ml.

  1. Mix infusion ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Chill 2-4 hours.
  3. Serve ~50 g per glass over ice mixed with tonic water.
